This is the mission that drives our founder, Tripti Sheel Madidi, to bring 22+ years of hard-won professional experience into career counselling. Her endeavour is to channel that experience, wisdom and understanding of people into shaping young, impressionable minds — at exactly the stage when the right understanding can influence the direction of an entire life.

Tripti brings over 22 years of professional experience to Madhyam — built across the Aditya Birla Group, the Tatas, Future Group, Living Liquidz, and Ergode, with deep expertise in Retail, Experience Design, and D2C Business & Growth. Paired with a background in Psychology, this gives her a rare, first-hand understanding of people, their potential, and what it truly takes to succeed in a rapidly changing workplace.
Her experience has shown her something important: even as technology and AI transform what we do, its human capabilities — self-awareness, adaptability, interpersonal skill — that remain at the heart of how we create value. This understanding led her to found Madhyam, on one simple belief: "Better Understanding, Better Career Decisions."
Tripti believes that before helping a child decide what they should become, its important to first understand who they are — their personality, aptitude, interests and strengths. Through scientific assessments, thoughtful interpretation, and personalised counselling, she helps children and parents look beyond marks, convention and expectation, toward decisions that are genuinely informed and future-focused.
Her endeavour is simple: to help children choose careers where they can not just qualify, but truly thrive — and go on to contribute to something bigger, for the country and the world.
